Aberouette was the final pick by the Boomers in the third round of the Frontier League Draft at 43rd overall. A catcher, Aberouette has been a professional for three years. The Alabama native spent three years in the United Shore League and also had stints in the Pioneer League and the Atlantic League. Aberouette hit .313 for Birmingham-Bloomfield in 2022 over 35 games, hitting five homers. Aberouette also batted .284 for East Side in 2021 and .270 for Utica in 2023. A product of the University of South Alabama, Aberouette also played nine games for Glacier in the Pioneer League in 2021 and Southern Maryland in the Atlantic League in 2023.
